Business Broadband
The key to efficient and productive voice & data communication is ensuring that systems have the capacity and flexibility to enhance working practices - not slow them down.
Optimal performance therefore means having the bandwidth and connectivity you need to communicate as much data as you want regardless of media with whomever, wherever and whenever you need to.
Which connections can I have?
|

What about IP telephone lines?
IP telephone lines are great way to enhance your communication processes and reduce cost at the same time. Lake connections can now provide phone lines that run over your IP network (SIP trunks) via DSL, Ethernet or leased line connections.
As well as achieving considerable costs savings, IP telephony via SIP trunks incorporates the important adaptability of hosted solutions: Telephone numbers do not need to be tied to geographical locations, and extra channels can be added quickly and cheaply without the need for on or offsite engineering work.
The flexibility that IP telephone lines deliver is light years ahead of traditional telephony, with all the benefits readily customisable to suit individual needs, examples of which include unique methods for disaster recovery/business continuity and amazing marketing opportunities with the use of ‘magic numbers’.
Do I still need analogue and ISDN lines?
Analogue and ISDN lines are still an integral part of business telecommunications and as such will usually form part of a converged voice & data solution alongside IP Telephone lines. All line types will continue to be offered and supported to work independent or alongside each other were required to deliver your own unique communications strategy.
